Disclaimer: I have referred to no data and stats before writing this article, this blog post is all about that I speak from my heart and from my way of seeing the world. I will not be able to furnish any evidence or poofs for my content below.

A catchy title isn't it 'We Millennials & Cancer, A Perfect Love Story'. Well according to me it is very very true. Maybe the best love story of the twentieth century. Don't you think it is true, No?,  well continue reading, I may be able to do some justice with the title. By the way in this article, I have not even considered the effect of plastic on our environment when we throw it after usage. This article is strictly about the harm it does to our body.
Have seen the movie Munna Bhai, in which that person comes to the hospital for the general checkup and find out that he has cancer, though he had never touched alcohol and pan masala? Well, that doesn't just happen in the movies, its the ugly reality.

We Millennials are severely exposed to plastics. And we all know how dangerous plastics are to our health. And it is not just this that plastics are harmful to us, we do a lot of things that can cause cancer to us including breathing. How lucky are we, that even breathing can cause cancer, what a time to be alive. Don't you ever wonder how long will be able to live?
If you make a list of all the things that you use daily, you will find that most of the things that you will you are made up of plastic or plastic substances are in contact of it in some of the other way. Now just imagine, from the day you were born, how much of the plastic you have used consumed.

When a baby is born, the milk served to them are made up if plastic, the nipple on that bottles are made of plastic. The toys that are given to that baby are also made up of plastic.
Everything that we Millennials have used or are using is made up of plastic. From the bottles we got severed milk in when we were born, to its nipple, to the toys we were provided with, to the school bag we used, to the cover of the textbooks , pens , to the keys of the laptop I am typing this article on, to the screen of your phone on which you are reading this article.

When your car is parked the sun the, and you start to drive it, actually there are fumes of benzene in there from the material used in the interiors of your vehicle which are carcinogenic in nature.
Point being, We the Millennials, are soo exposed to the substances that are carcinogenic that even we can't imagine. Indirectly, you are eating, drinking, breathing plastics since the day you were born.
We should all think about it and try to take some steps to avoid it. Some of the things that we can do as to avoid the use of plastics as much as we can. We can change all the fridge bottles we have to Steel bottles. We can avoid eating and storing food items in the plastic utensils. Avoid food that is made of materials that are in some way chemically synthesised.

To be frank to really be safe and feel secure we need to adopt the lifestyle of our grandfathers had, but that is practically impossible, but we can still try.
